About FOSS Hack
FOSS Hack is India's Biggest FOSS Hackathon.
FOSS Hack 2026 is the sixth edition of FOSS Hack, planned as a month-long hybrid hackathon dedicated to promoting FOSS culture by bringing together students and working professionals to build or extend pre-existing FOSS projects.

Hackathon Rules & Regulations
• Evaluation based on code commits during the event
• No external APIs allowed as core features
• Project must have a valid FOSS license
• Cash prize split among winners at jury's discretion
• No blockchain, web3, or crypto projects
